EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION, VENUE AND SERVICE! I rented the space for my father’s 90th birthday party. Shahida decorated the space as we discussed and it was beautiful; all we had to bring was the food which took a lot of extra work off my shoulders. An added bonus was access to the kitchen area so we could set up and warm the food before the event. I definitely will be using Elegant Affairs again and I highly recommend them.

This space was exceptional and very reasonably priced. The owner Shahida was amazing through the whole process. When I came in the space looked amazing before I even began to decorate. Everything that she promised was set up and ready to go. I will definately be using this space again and will refer it to everyone I know!!

We had my cousins baby shower at Elegant Affairs Event Space and it was great! The owner is Friendly, attentive, and responsive. She has great customer service. The space was clean, spacious, and the decor was absolutely beautiful. Very well put together and detailed. The decor came with tasty edible arrangements. All the guests were in amazement at how well decorated the space was. We had a great time! I would definitely recommend for any event.

Elegant Affairs Event Space is nestled in the heart of Grandview, Mo just behind the Truman Corners shopping center. We can seat up to 75 guest at our Venue! Contact us today at 816-607-1163 to check availability! We would love to host your next private affair.

At Elegant Affairs, our amenities include a kitchenette, a small stage for your DJ to use or as a platform for a head table, private men’s and women’s restroom and a birchwood wall great for backdrop for photos!!

Rental Hall fee’s include: 
Full access of our space 
Use of kitchenette and all appliances 
Tables and chairs 
Birch wood backdrop for photo opportunities 
Day of event by phone or onsite concierge (charges may apply)  
Decor options available for additional cost 

Monday - Thursday
$100 per hour (4 hour min) 

Saturday Special Before 11am-4pm
$400-5 total hours ($50 per additional hour)

Or after 5pm
$575 for 6 hours 
$800 for 12 hours 

Friday and Sunday 
$500- up to 6 hours
Note: You do not have to use the full 6 hours you just cannot exceed the 6 hours

Our facility closes at 12am.

Due to COVID-19 and to reduce the spread of the virus our Event Venue Showings are given to those clients who can produce a negative COVID test up to 72 hours prior to a showing or have placed a retainer deposit to secure their date.
