- Christina JEXCEPTIONAL LOCATION, VENUE AND SERVICE! I rented the space for my father’s 90th birthday party. Shahida decorated the space as we discussed and it was beautiful; all we had to bring was the food which took a lot of extra work off my shoulders. An added bonus was access to the kitchen area so we could set up and warm the food before the event. I definitely will be using Elegant Affairs again and I highly recommend them.

Everything that she promised was set up and ready to go. I will definately be using this space again and will refer it to everyone I know!!

- Teresa ABeautiful event space. The setup was awesome. Kitchen and restrooms were cleaned. Kitchen had a nice warmer for the food. The Decor.....very luxurious. Beautiful table settings.

At Elegant Affairs, our amenities include a kitchenette, a small stage for your DJ to use or as a platform for a head table, private men’s and women’s restroom and a birchwood wall great for backdrop for photos!!

Rental Hall fee’s include:
Full access of our space
Use of kitchenette and all appliances
Tables and chairs
Birch wood backdrop for photo opportunities
Day of event by phone or onsite concierge (charges may apply)
Decor options available for additional cost
Monday - Thursday
$125 per hour (4 hour min)
Saturday:
Saturday Special Before 11am-5pm -$550
6pm-12am- $650
$900 for 12 hours (we open as early as 10am and close at midnight)
Friday and Sunday
$550- up to 6 hours
Note: You do not have to use the full 6 hours you just cannot exceed the 6 hours
Our facility closes at 12am.
